Music Licensing.
Prepared a license agreement for use by a college radio program for rights to transmit student music on its website.
ASP Arrangement.
Negotiated on behalf of a healthcare client a $2.32 million clinical content, software and hosting services agreement with one of the nation’s leading healthcare IT providers.
Software Design, Manufacturing & License.
Negotiated and prepared an agreement for the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of a $12 million automated robotics system for pharmaceutical fulfillment and a related software license and maintenance agreement.
