  • Served as Co-Bond Counsel for East Bay Municipal Utility District in its issuance of $82,150,000 Wastewater System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014A and $2,505,000 Wastewater System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2014B (Federally Taxable).
  • Served as Co-Bond Counsel for Metropolitan Water District of Southern California in its 2014 Remarketing of its $104,180,000 Water Revenue Refunding Bonds (SIFMA Index Mode) 2009 Series A-2.

Power Generation & Transmission.

  • Served as Co-Bond Counsel for Southern California Public Power Authority in its issuance of $151,880,000 Apex Power Project, Revenue Bonds, 2014 Series A (Tax-Exempt) and $166,980,000 Apex Power Project, Revenue Bonds, 2014 Series B (Federally Taxable).
  • Served as Co-Bond Counsel for the Public Utilities Commission of the City and County of San Francisco in its issuance of $331,585,000 San Francisco Wastewater Revenue Bonds, 2013 Series B.

Local Governmental Entities.

  • Served as Disclosure Counsel for the City of Oakland in connection with its issuance of $55,000,000 2014-15 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes.
  • Served as Underwriters’ Counsel for Siebert Brandford Shank & Co., L.L.C. and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated in connection with the issuance by the Port Commission of the City and County of San Francisco of its $22,675,000 Revenue Bonds, Series 2014A (Tax-Exempt) and Series 2014B (Taxable).
  • Served as Underwriters’ Counsel for Barclays Capital Inc. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in connection with the issuance by the San Mateo County Joint Powers Financing Authority in its 2013 Refunding of its $40,065,000 Lease Revenue Bonds (Refunding and Capital Projects), 2012 Series A (Robert Sans Memorial Issue).
  • Served as Co-Disclosure Counsel for the State of California in connection with its 2011 issuance of $1,774,995,000 Tax-Exempt Various Purpose General Obligation Bonds and $205,000,000 Taxable Various Purpose General Obligation Bonds.

  • Served as Disclosure Counsel for Alameda County in connection with the issuance by the Alameda County Joint Powers Authority of its $287,380,000 Lease Revenue Bonds (Multiple Capital Projects), 2013 Series A.
  • Served as Underwriters’ Counsel for RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. in connection with the issuance by the State Public Works Board of the State of California of its $631,535,000 Lease Revenue Bonds, 2013 Series I (Various Capital Projects).
  • Served as Co-Bond Counsel for the California Statewide Communities Development Authority in its issuance of its $969,690,000 Kaiser Permanente Revenue Bonds, Series 2012 and $1,000,000,000 Kaiser Permanente Taxable Bonds, Series 2012.

Housing & Redevelopment.

  • Served as Disclosure Counsel for the Oakland Redevelopment Successor Agency in its issuance of its $102,960,000 Subordinated Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, Series 2013.
  • Served as Co-Bond Counsel for the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development in its issuance of its $30,000,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Note (2013 Series D-1) and $4,000,000 Subordinate Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (2013 Series D-2) (2175 Market Street Apartments).

Transportation.

  • Served as Co-Underwriters’ Counsel for Siebert Brandford Shank & Co., L.L.C., J.P.
